Heartland Chalet in Sister Lakes

All Season/All Sports Keeler Lake-Year round enjoyment on an
approximately 100 acre all sports lake (shallow area for small children and a raft in deeper water for older children) located in the Sister Lakes area in Southwestern Michigan, which has ten lakes within a 10 mile radius. Located approximately 30 minutes north of South Bend, Indiana, 20 minutes east of St. Josepth/Benton Harbor and Lake Michigan in Michigan, and 2 hours from Chicago, Illinois. You will enjoy beautiful sunsets from the deck and have fun in the sun on a 100' private sandy beach. (additional photographs upon request)

Heartland Chalet is an all season facility and includes heat and a/c. Sleeping for 12 people maximum-two bedrooms (queen beds),loft (sleeps 4), walkout basement bedroom (sleeps 4). Bedrooms include pillows, sheet and blankets. Bath towels are supplied but no beach towels.
Totally remodeled, fully equipped kitchen includes new stainless steel dishwasher, stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, granite countertops, toaster, coffee pot, kitchen utensils, pot/pans, & dishes. Satelite Dish TV/DVD/VCR, board games, books. Washer & dryer. Outside amenities include picnic tables on deck and patio, 2 charcoal grills, fire pit, sand toys, water toys, pedal boat, raft & pier. Nearby launch is available for your boat or various other boats are delivered on-site from nearby marinas.  No pets. No smoking inside but is permissable outside using appropriate ashtrays.

Keeler Lake is a semi private all sports lake including swimming, canoeing,
sailing, fishing, water skiing, tubing and jet skiing. Sister Lakes area offers a bowling alley, roller rink, ice cream parlor, etc. In Southwestern Michigan and within 1 hour are the towns of Dowagiac, St. Joseph/Benton Harbor, South Bend, Kalamazoo and Paw Paw, South Haven, & Saugatuck, which offer shopping, restaurants, theaters,  museums, many public and private golf courses, winery tours, seasonal fruits and vegetables (markets and u-pick), antique shops, and numerous festivals. Winter activities include snowmobiling (trails 1 block), ice fishing & sledding. Cross-country skiing and downhill skiing are available nearby.

Available April through October. All weekly summer rentals require a 50% deposit to reserve (due within 7 days of reservation), balance on arrival (fully refundable with a 60 day prior cancellation, non-refundable thereafter). Also, a $500 security deposit is payable upon arrival (refunded 1 week after rental in vacated providing no damage or excessive cleaning).  Also, a contract must be signed by an adult.  $100 cleaning fee.

Summer Season 2012-June 16 thru August 17, 2012, $2200 per week.

Early Summer Season Special 2012-May 25 thru June 15, 2012 $1500 week.

Late Summer Season Special 2012-August 18 thru Sept. 7, 2012, $1500 week.

Off Season Rates April/May/September/October-$500 per weekend (2 nights), additional night $125 or $1000 per week.
