Vacation Rental Description

Sea Colony is a world class tennis and beach community at Bethany  
Beach. We have an air-conditioned non-smoking ground floor unit with  
two bedrooms, two bathroom that sleeps 6 people. It is within  
walking distance of the beach and also the tennis center in the  
tennis community of Sea Colony.  An outdoor pool is across the  
street.   
If needed, the shuttle stops within 100 feet of the unit for easy  
and direct access to the private beach and all areas of Sea Colony. 
The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, adjoining bathroom and a  
TV.  
The second bedroom has twin beds, and there is a queen-size sleep  
sofa in the living area. A 25" cable TV with DVD player offers  
entertainment in the living area. The villa is fully equipped with a  
microwave, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer. The  
oversized deck has new deck furniture and is surrounded by woods for  
extra privacy. We are located only 10 miles from tax-free shopping  
at the Tanger Outlets in Rehoboth and Ocean City, Md.

babysitters . The Marketplace has Italian and seafood restaurants, a  
coffee shop, Gary’s Beach Café for healthy meals, a bike rental and  
beach supply shop, Candy Kitchen and a beauty salon.

Rates are below regular Sea Colony peak season rates 
for 2009 
Jan  01 - April 4, weekly rate    $   600   
April 4 - May 30, weekly rate    $   750 
May 30 - June 13, weekly rate    $   800  
June 13 - June 27, weekly rate    $ 1,000   
June 27 - Jul  25, weekly rate    $ 1,150 
July 25 - Aug  22, weekly rate    $ 1,250 
Aug  22 - Sept 12, weekly rate    $ 1,050    
Sept 12 - Oct  17, weekly rate    $   850 
Oct 19 -  Nov  20, weekly rate    $   500  
 
Rates include linens and towels.  
 
Plus a Sea Colony weekly recreation fee : 
      $10/person in off-season    (January to May 15 
      $15/person in early-season  (May 20 to June 6) 
      $35/person in peak season   (June 10 - Sept 1) 
      $10/person in off-season    (Sept 2 to December 31) 
          
      
These rates are well below what you'll find through Sea Colony  
(Resort Quest) or other property management companies for a  
comparable unit.
