Sea Colony Tennis Resort - walk to beach in Bethany Beach

Sea Colony is a world class tennis and beach community at Bethany

We have an air-conditioned non-smoking ground floor unit with
two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The unit sleeps 6 people. 

 Our unit was renovated two years ago. We have a SCREENED-IN Deck, as well as updated  windows and doors.

It is within walking distance of the beach and also the tennis center in the
tennis community of Sea Colony. An outdoor pool is across the
street.
If needed, the shuttle stops within 100 feet of the unit for easy
and direct access to the private beach and all areas of Sea Colony.

 
The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, adjoining bathroom and a  HD TV and DVD player.  
The second bedroom has twin beds with a TV and DVD player. New in 2011 -  a queen-size sleep sofa in the living area. A 26" HD cable TV with DVD player offers
entertainment in the living area. The villa is fully equipped with a
microwave, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer. The
oversized deck is now screened in  with deck furniture and is surrounded by woods for  extra privacy.

We are located only 10 miles from tax-free shopping
at the Tanger Outlets in Rehoboth and Ocean City, Md.

coffee shop,  a bike rental, beach supply shop, Candy Kitchen and a beauty salon.


We are located in Doubles Court.
