Beach House in Mint Condition - 1 Master bedroom with queen size bed, 3 bedrooms each with 2 twin size beds with new mattresses. Fireplace, land line phone, air-conditioning, large ceiling fan, satellite TV, full kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, washer & dryer, cooking utensils including coffee pot, blender, toaster & even new wine glasses & real dishes (without chips)!
There are two decks with plenty of deck furniture providing sun in the morning & in the afternoon. One deck overlooks a natural preserve with deer fencing.

Kismet has a market & two lively restaurants/bars having live music throughout the summer.
The Kismet Community Assoc. also runs a variety of activities throughout the summer for all age groups. In addition there is tennis courts & a playground available to all.
The Fire Island lighthouse approx. a mile away sponsors activities throughout the summer.
