There will be a charge of $150 for the cleaning of the property,on 
vacating the unit.  This will be payable on arrival. 
 
To hold the unit a one week deposit will be required.  This 
is to be paid, when the contract is signed and will be deducted from 
the balance which will be due on arrival.
