The Forestville Dam House" is a uniquely designed "open-concept" home that includes a "state-of-the-art" kitchen complete with stainless appliances, full bath, sitting area with large flat screen TV; the lower level has 3 large bedrooms, 1 full bath, recreational area complete with slate pool table, and "state-of-the-art" washer and dryer; the upper level includes a HUGE livingroom area with cathedral ceiling, fireplace, large flat screen television and walk-out sitting porch, as well as a HUGE master bedroom with master bath including a separate whirlpool tub.  This house is almost 3,500 square foot of open concept living space.  There is a bathroom on every level.

Level/Room Features: Our main level features a kitchen and dining area with ceramic tile floor complete with state-of-the-art stainless stove, refrigerator and dishwasher.  The kitchen also features a snack bar for casual dining.  Also on the main level is a sitting area complete with flat screen tv and dvd player and a full bath.

Our lower level features 3 spacious bedrooms with plenty of windows for natural lighting and fresh Wisconsin air.  Each room is tastefully decorated and has a queen size bed and ample dresser/closet space.  On this level you will also find a large "common area" with a full-size slate billiard table and flat screen tv; a full bath; laundry room complete with state-of-the-art high efficiency washer and dryer .

Our upper level features a spacious livingroom area with 15' cathedral ceiling, huge "wrap-around" sofa, large flat screen tv and dvd player, and a fireplace.  French doors open to a large attached deck which overlooks the waters of the Forestville Dam.  Also on this level you will find the very spacious and tastefully decorated master bedroom complete with king size bed, ample closet and dresser space, and master bath with a seperate shower complete with double vanity, and full-size whirlpool tub.

Conveniently located between Algoma and Door County in the Town of Forestville, WI, this beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 full bath log-style home was "pain-stakingly" built in 2007 by it's owner - Lloyd Clark.  For the fisherman - we are but minutes away from some of the very best Charter Fishing Services on Lake Michigan -renowned for it's record Trout and Salmon, and for those who merely want to relax on a smaller body of water, we are a "stone's throw" away from some of the areas best Panfishing with a paved boat launch on the Forestville Mill Pond located above the Forestville Dam.  Excellent salmon fishing in October right at the Forestville Dam.  Looking for a place to stay for that trip to Lambeau Field for a Packer game?  We're only 45 minutes from Green Bay!  For the hiking, biking, horseback riding, or snowmobiling enthusiast we are directly adjacent to the Ahnapee River Trail which provides miles.  Whether you are an outdoor enthusiast or just looking for a great place to just get away from it all - - The Forestville Dam House offers it all!

Daily: Sunday thru Thursday - $175.00 per night for up to 8 persons. Friday and Saturday - $225.00 per night for up to 8 persons.  Additional fee of $10.00 per person per night for additional guests. 

Weekly Rate: Our weekly rate is $1,200.00 based on 8 persons.  Additional fee of $10.00 per person per night for additional guests.
