Charming Hillside Cottage nestled in a private paradise, up a country 1/4 mile road from the neighborhood, and 5 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from downtown. Mountain views, an oak grove surrounding the private drive, and kentia palms grace this unique property. The bedroom has french windows and a king bed. The spacious sitting room converts to sleep 4, with a full sized loft bed, and a full, very comfy futon/sofa. The redwood deck overlooks the hillside, and has a lovely eating area and private hot tub.

Rates vary by length of stay and number in party and range from $175 - $250/night Fall, Winter and Spring and $195 - $275/night during the Summer and Xmas break.

Rates become greatly reduced for weekly or monthly stays.

There is also a cleaning fee that varies depending on how many people and/or animals. For 2 people and no animals, the cleaning fee is $75. For 4 people, it's $95, and so on.

There is also a $250 refundable security deposit. With pets, it becomes $300.
