Each  tastefully appointed five bedroom home boasts 3250 sq. ft. nestled amidst pine and aspen trees with spectacular views of the Rocky Mountains.  We have even seen Moose, fox, and elk wandering the neighborhood. You won’t find nicer homes.  Finished and furnished to high standard, these luxury vacation getaways sleep up to 20 each (10-16 very comfortably) with two living areas, a game room, views, private hot tub and amenities galore. If you are planning a family gathering, destination wedding, corporate retreat or just a group of friends wanting to enjoy your summer vacation, this is the perfect location! All four luxury homes sleep 80 when rented together. Although each home has the same layout and similar furnishings, the detail is in the décor and comfort designed with you in mind!

Main Level

Entry - Entry from covered deck with slate flooring, reclaimed pine beetle log bench, storage cubes and distinctive wooden ski coat rack.  Adjoining coat closet, ½ bath and doorway to garage with ski storage racks.

Kitchen- A spacious and well equipped kitchen and eating area with french doors opening to covered deck with outdoor gas grill.  Nine foot ceilings and warm cherry cabinets give a roomy yet cozy feel.  Granite counter tops, large island with breakfast bar, fast heating induction cook top, oven, enormous microwave, stainless appliances, stone treatments and more. Small appliances include crock pot, blender, food processor, deluxe coffee maker, and toaster!

Living Area - Vaulted ceiling, gas fireplace, 46” HDTV with Blu-ray DVD player, 2 large sofas (one is a queen sleeper).  Large windows with view.

Master retreat - King bed with memory foam mattress for a restful night’s sleep.  A double closet with handsome wood doors and a large dresser provides ample room for your personal items.  The master bath has a generous shower with stone enclosure and a double vanity with large mirror and a separate water closet. Monogrammed terry robes are also provided!

Upstairs

Bedroom 2- King bed with premium mattress, large dresser, spacious closets.  Wake up with a great view out the window!

Bedroom 3- King bed with premium mattress, large dresser, spacious closets.

Upstairs bath- Double vanity, tub & shower with stone enclosure, hairdryer, shampoo/conditioner/shower gel shower dispenser

Downstairs

Living Area- Spacious living area with two large sofas (one is a queen sleeper) + loveseat. 46” HDTV accompanied by the latest Xbox 360 with Kinect for endless family entertainment. Games and books also provided for your pleasure.

French doors open onto the rear lower deck where a magnificent Hot Spring salt water hot tub awaits.  A perfect way to relax after an active day and reap the benefits of salt water at altitude. 

Game Room- Ping pong table and dart board for a little friendly competition

Bedroom 4- King bed with premium mattress connected to a shared full bath w/ BR#5.

Bedroom 5- Two sets custom made queen-over-queen bunk beds with premium mattresses sleeping a total of 8. Perfect room for the kids! Connected to a shared full bath w/ BR#4.

Additional Bathroom - Shower w/ stone enclosure, double vanity and toilet adjoining the downstairs living area and across a small hallway from bedroom 5.

Laundry room - Large washer and dryer. Laundry soap and dryer sheets provided for your convenience.

Garage

Each home has an attached single car garage and double wide parking pad. Additional parking is provided in the cul de sac as you enter the neighborhood.
