Rental Rates - January 2012 through December 2012
$2500/month for January; $2800/month for February and
March;$2100/month for April;
$1200/month for May-November; $2100 for December. These rates are
valid from January 2012
through December 2012. Minimum one month rental is required. Partial
month rentals will
not be considered during peak months of January, February, and March.
Golf fee/round is $65 plus $4 for cart (subject to change at
discretion of Country Club).
Tenant pays Country Club Transfer fee of $250 and $100 cleaning fee,
and 11% tax on total rental amount including these two fees.
