not be considered during peak months of January, February, and March.
Golf fee/round is $65 plus $4 for cart (subject to change at
discretion of Country Club).
Tenant pays Country Club Transfer fee of $250 and $100 cleaning fee,
and 11% tax on total rental amount including these two fees.
