Property is nestled within the Lolo National Forestand Lolo Creek runs thru the property.  The 6500 square foot Main Residence is constructed from large Canadian Larch logs and local stone masonry throughout.  The home is complete with large open living areas and guest bedrooms.  Ample outside decks and seating are available to enjoy peaceful surroundings and views. 

The opportunities for family and/or friends are endless.  Fishing, swimming, hiking or any other imaginable outside activity is just out the front door.

Horse Corrals and Pastures, Mountain Bikes, endless Hiking and Horseback trails.  Property backs up to 100+ miles of Forest Service and Wilderness Areas to South and West.  Good Rainbow and Cutthroat Trout Stream runs thru property or try your hand at one of the larger tributaries or mountain lakes nearby.

Main House / Lodge, easily accommodates 8-10 guests, with 4 large bedrooms each with private full bath, 2 Master Suites each with sitting deck, Hot Tub off Master Bedroom.  Large open Kitchen and Dining area with seating for 12.  House has 3 levels with wood burning fireplace on each floor.  Large entertainment area with 60 inch plasma TV, Pool Table, Ping Pong, Darts, Wii, PS2 and other board games.  Large 3 car heated garage.  Living area has beautiful East facing view of meadows, surrounding mountains including snow coveredLoloPeakand meandering Lolo Creek running thru the property.  High-Speed Internet, Wi-Fi and HD-TV.

Winter and Spring: World Class Snowmobiling just minutes from the property (including over 200 miles of groomed trails and endless free riding), 3 Downhill Skiing and Snowboarding areas within easy drive, Groomed Cross Country Skiing and Snow Shoeing trails. 

Summer and Fall: Excellent Hunting and Fishing (Trout stream/ Lolo Creek runs thru property), Blue Ribbon Trout Fishing opportunities of your choice: Bitterroot River, Clark ForkRiver, Blackfoot River, or Rock Creek.  Hiking, Mountain Biking, Horseback riding, Motorcycle and ATV riding, Whitewater Rafting, Golfing, Summer Carnivals and Concerts.

Guest Horses and Pets are welcome.  There are corrals and feed available for your livestock or you may use ours.  We have outside kennels and a mud-room off the laundry area for dogs during the colder months.

Fishing equipment and mountain bikes are available.  Access to snowmobile rentals can be arranged upon request.  There is a well maintained trail system within a short distance of the property, complete with signs, mileage and maps.  As the property sits within the National Forest system it is also possible to leave in any direction and start exploring.

Ranch Manager lives on property in the Guest House and can assist with any request or needs you may have while visiting.  Please do not hesitate to ask.

Kids absolutely love it here and can do just about anything.  We encourage them to get involved if the wish.  It is a great opportunity to collect fresh eggs daily, or feed and pet the other animals. 

We do request that smoking be done outside, please, on one of the balconies or patios.

Summer months are Jul - Aug - Sep and have the warmest temperatures: 80-90 Daytime, with cool evenings

Fall or Hunting Months are Sep - Oct - Nov and daytime temperatures 60-75 with night lows possible of 40's

Winter and best Snow Months are Dec - Jan - Feb - Mar with daytime temperatures 20's-30's and evenings reaching teens or below. 

Spring vaires and usually begins Apr - May with daytime temperatures ranging from 50-60 and evenings returning possible freezing until late April and then warming thru May and June.
