Beautiful, newly remodeled two bedroom condo comfortably sleeps six. Desirably located at the beginning of the Comal River, guests can enjoy relaxing floats through the exhilirating tube chute at Prince Solms down through the beautiful banks along areas of Schlitterbahn, and other lush park areas. Three tubing outfitters, conveniently located next door, will shuttle guests directly back to their condo.

Master bedroom with private bath containing tub and shower; a roomy walk in closet; a very comfortable king sized bed; a large mirrored dresser; an oversized, plush recliner complete with a 32 inch tv. Second bedroom has a queen sized bed; mirrored dresser, roomy closet and 22 inch tv. Dining table seats four plus island seating for three more. Kitchen fully stocked with dishes, cookware, flatware, coffee maker and toaster. Living area has full size couch with queen sized sleeper sofa, fireplace and a 32 inch television. Balcony with table and four chairs with beautiful views of the Comal River.

Low Season - September 16 - April 30 (excludes Wurstfest )
Low Season - Nightly rates are $150 + sales tax; Weekly rates are $750 + sales tax; Monthly rates are $1200 (no sales tax)
