Vacation Rental Description

This spacious (1500 sq. ft.) light and airy Breckenridge vacation
rental condominium by owner is surrounded by fir trees and features
open architecture and spectacular mountain views from both sides. Not
a ski-in/ski-out, it is very close to the ski slopes and has amenities
you would expect in a luxury Breckenridge vacation rental, without the
high ski in - ski out prices.  The Quicksilver ski lift at Peak 9, new
Stephen West skating arena, Maggie Pond (see picture below), and Main
Street, Breckenridge are all very short walks. A free shuttle stops
right in front. 

A fully-equipped kitchen, with newer appliances and granite counters,
looks out onto Red Mountain and Continental Divide (See picture
below).  A private and peaceful rear deck offers a gorgeous view of
Peak 10 (see picture) and the Breckenridge Ski Resort . 

Our condominium is comfortably spread out on three level. There are 8
beds (1 Q, 1 Dbl, 5 Sgl, and 1 Q Sofa-Sleeper), 2 full bathrooms, 2
bedrooms & large loft. Both living room & master bedroom have a gas
fireplace with marble surrounds.  

We offer excellent by owner lodging rates in addition to 7th night
free, early booking, repeat stay, & multiple week discounts. Relative
to most other luxury units, our vacation rental condo is relatively
cheap.  Enjoy your next ski or summer vacation in front of a fireplace

Vacation Rental Amenities

Inside the Condo - Free high-speed internet, 3 color TVs, VCR, stereo,
CD, phones, hair dryers, gas fireplaces, & fully equipped kitchen
(including ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, spice rack, etc.) with
granite counters & newer appliances.

Outside the Condo - Laundry room (three doors down). Clubhouse
complex: showers, changing rooms, two large indoor Jacuzzis, large
heated pool (see picture below) two large outdoor hot tubs.

Services - Professionally cleaned before & after each stay. Linens &
towels provided. Continuously upgraded. 

Activities and Attractions

Breckenridge is connected by free public transportation to nearby ski
areas at Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, and Copper Mountain and to a
plethora of factory outlet shopping malls in Silverthorne. The town
connects to a fifty mile network of paved, off-road bicycle paths. The
town of Breckenridge contains a National Historic District and, 
in the summer, is host to the National Repertory Orchestra. Recreation
opportunities in the Breckenridge area include downhill and Nordic
skiing, snowboarding, road and mountain biking, white water rafting,
sailing, canoeing, hiking, balloon rides, horseback riding, tennis,
and golf.

Refunds:
All moneys collected in advance will be fully refunded (less $95 
administrative fee) provided that the reserved block of time is re-
rented in its entirety for the same amount. Otherwise, moneys 
collected in advance will be applied to loss of rents and the rest 
returned. Our past rate of success in re-renting cancelled blocks of 
time has been excellent (9 out of 11), but is not guaranteed.
