You’ll breeze right past the open inviting living room/ dining area & head straight for the double French doors. Stepping out onto the open terrace you’ll be dazzled by the scene that lays sprawled out before you. Lush green lawns, huge oaks & pines for shade, mountain ridges framing the view & the sparkling waters of pristine Lake Chatuge right outside your door.  Just steps away is the lighted & covered dock with your own private boat slip, temporary home to your water chariot, waiting to take you out on the lake for the time of your life. It doesn’t get any more convenient than this. And if that wasn’t enough, there’s a wakeboarding & jet-ski rental site within walking distance of your dock! (That is if you walk on water!)

Perhaps not everyone in your party is here just for the lake, so they will have been drawn immediately to the wonderfully appointed interior. With overstuffed micro-suede couches, shiny glass top tables, well stocked bookshelves & game table, a 38” flat screen HD/TV & DVD player neatly tucked away behind cabinet doors, just above the stacked stone fireplace, the living room is the perfect gathering place for family & friends of all ages. The dining area seats up to 8 including the breakfast bar and stools. The kitchen dazzles with rich granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, ceramic cook top, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster and every amenity one could hope for. Of course there’s WiFi for those who wish to check their email or perhaps stay over another day by working from their laptop. We supply all the towels and linens so you don’t need to pack a thing but your weekend clothes, sun block and a toothbrush & maybe some steaks to grill out at the picnic pavillion.

Located just minutes from either the GA Mountain Fairgrounds & Young Harris College, The Ridges & Brasstown Valley Resort, you’ll find golf, horseback riding, spas, restaurants, movies, shopping & more all within easy access & right off the main road. Bring your own boat or rent one from a nearby marina. Families with little children will enjoy the public recreation area just down the road, with a well maintained stretch of white sandy beach & swimming area w/ life guard & a fully equipped playground, tennis courts, picnic area & boat ramp.  With Fun World, a Multiplex Cinema & Pizza Parlor, free concerts on the square, a bevy of great eateries offering everything from Sushi to Mexican, Bar-B-Que to Bistro & a Tiki Bar & live outdoor entertainment, you’ll have a hard time settling on how to fit in all the activities. RATES: $150/per night, $900/weekly. Rates Based on up to 4 Persons; Extra Persons: $10/ per person/ per night + taxes.  Minimum 2 Night Stay, Departure Cleaning Fee: $100; Damage Waiver:$55 N/R;  Holidays: Same as Seasonal but Require 3 Night Minimum Stay.
