Rental Rate Notes

Dogs are welcome but require additional $10 per dog nightly fee and additional, returnable deposit.  No cats please. 

Additional cleaning fee required based on length of stay. 7 days or less-$100; 2 weeks - $150; Monthly - $200 (includes mid stay cleaning).

Rental Policies

No drugs. No smoking inside the home. Accident waiver is required. Adult supervision is required when children are using the pool. Advanced booking deposit is required to secure your date selection. Additional fees required for parties over 6 adults. Pet fee and deposit also required.

50% rental fee will be required as deposit up to a maximum of $1000.00. Deposit will be returned by mail within 10 days of checkout. Deposit is refundable with a 14 day advanced notice of cancellation.
