This not your high-priced, cookie cutter, typical Florida condo with granite counter tops, etc. Instead, this is a lovely 15 year old waterfront, manufactured home with a fenced yard in an older NW Tampa community. It is situated on a Rocky Creek saltwater canal that leads into Tampa Bay & the Gulf of Mexico. Includes a canoe for the adventurous.

MINIMUM RESERVATION - one week (JANUARY thru APRIL) - 3 nights (MAY thru DECEMBER)
BRING YOUR BOAT & FISHING GEAR. Some basic fishing rods & tackle are also provided. If you're lucky you might catch a dinner of Redfish, Snook, Spotted Seatrout or Mullet off the dock or head for the bay or Gulf.
