Geneva Lake, WI is renowed for being a summer and winter haven servicing tourists from all over the World, the USA and Midwest cities like Chicago, Milwaukee, Madison, Minneapolis who are looking for a perfect vacation getaway.  Geneva Lake offers the most pristine, stream fed, bluewater in the midwest and arguably the country, which attracts anglers, sailors, boaters and water sport enthusiasts alike.  The Geneva Lake area features many championship golf courses, gourmet restaurants, boutique shopping, beautiful parks and sand beaches, live music by the lake, community festivals, art fairs, hiking the 26 mile lakeshore path,great biking trails,marathon/triathlon events and extensive nightlife. The winter boasts many activities such as downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snow shoeing, iceboating, icefishing, hunting, snowmobiling, sledding, ice skating, and ice hockey.  And there is always the local watering hole for a delicious hot cup of chili.  No matter what you are looking for, your very own private lakefront home on Geneva Lake will always exceed your expectations!!!

This beautifully redecorated lakefront home, on 80' of lake frontage, features a PRIVATE pier, buoy, boathouse, patio with a screened gazebo & firepit, all on a level lakefront. Best of all, a private BEACH for easy access to the lake that is great for children. The 4 bedroom home (sleeps 12) that sits atop a hill, provides an abundance of living space on two levels. On the first or main level, there are two bedrooms, both with Queen beds, a full bathroom with a tub/shower, laundryroom with full-size washer/dryer, livingroom/dining room that overlooks the length of the lake from a majestic hill vantage point. These rooms flow onto the screened porch, also lakefront, that continues in front of the kitchen to the breakfast room. A large gas grill sits outside the screened porch with easy access to the kitchen & dining areas.  The lower walkout level  features a media room with a 50" flatscreen TV, fooseball table, game table and plenty of space for entertaining. There are also two more bedrooms: one is a Queen, the other features two Double/Twin bunkbeds & seating area that face the lake. An additional full bathroom with a tub/shower completes the lower level.  Two doors open to the lower patio that provides access down to the lake through a beautiful natural garden pathway. In addition, the kitchen comes fully furnished; all linens & towels, bathroom amenities are provided. Most rooms have flatscreen TVs/or DVD players. Cable/Internet/WI-FI service provided. The home also provides city water and sewer and central AC. BOAT BUOY!!!

Our home is just a short walk (about 15 minutes) on the shorepath (that goes around Geneva Lake-about 21 miles) to Fontana where you will find several lakefront restaurant/bars for refreshments/food. Several Boat companies are available at the lakefront for boat, jet ski & kayak rentals.  A public beach and park is also available for family enjoyment. The Abbey Resort is just another few minutes away that also provides additional food, drink and entertainment and spa services. The area also provides biking/walking/jogging trails. A grocery store, pharmacy, bank, gas stations are just 5 minutes away. We are a short 15 minute car ride to Lake Geneva for additional eating & drinking establishments and many shops and boutiques.  The area provides additional activities within a short distance of the home e.g. horsebackriding, boat rentals, water skiing, parasailing etc.  If you are a fisherman, the best fishing is just right off the pier, guaranteed!!!

Contact owner for weekly or weekend rates, if available.  We prefer to rent by the month or longer. Contact the owner for negotiated rates if you are interested in renting for a year or longer. Longer term rentals will come completely furnished but rates will not include utilities. We take care of all maintenance/pier service. SPECIAL: FALL Rates, minimum of 2 nights!!!

Christmas-New Years: $1000/night (2 night minimum)

SUMMER 2012 rates vary: June (6/1-30) $18,000/mo.; July(7/1-31) $24,000/mo.; August (8/1-28) $20,000/mo.; Weekly/Weekend rates (if available) are higher than an averaged daily rate!!! For example, June rates are $800 per night/July rates are $1000 per night/August rates are $900 per night/for a minimum of 6 nights; Less amount of time, the daily rates are slightly higher.

Rent for ALL THREE Summer Months through Labor Day: $62,000 and get Labor Day Week for FREE!!! 

LABOR DAY WEEK (8/31-9/7) $6,000 for 6-7 days; 3-5 days  $5000.00

OFF SEASON: After Labor Day Weekend through May of the next year (9 months) at $4200/mo. plus utilities. Possible to consider shorter rental time, but not month to month.  CALL to check for last minute availability for Fall until Thanksgiving or Winter rentals after the New Year!!!

THE BEST DEAL: $8000/mo. for the FULL YEAR (12 months) not including utilities; Weekly cleaning service is not included but available at an additional cost.  CONTACT OWNER TO NEGOTIATE ANY RENTAL OF ONE YEAR OR MORE!!!

Cleaning service after occupancy: $275.00; Additional amount, if accepted, for any dog occupancy for carpet & furniture cleaning!!!
