vacation rental description
Comfortable, spacious, two story beach house with a rooftop deck and a great ocean view. Our house shares an oceanfront lot with a second cottage. Our house is the one nearer to the street. The two houses share a PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS walkway. Have a look at the photos to see how things are arranged. There are four bedrooms and the master bedroom is unusually large (it has a separate sun room). There are three other bedrooms, one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and one with bunk beds and a futon. There is a very modern and attractive kitchen and dining area, a living room with assorted electronics, DVDs, and books. There are three full baths and a full laundry room too. The living room sofa opens as a sleeper, as does a sofa in the master bedroom sun room. Outside there is a large deck high on the house with beautiful ocean views, and also a view of the sound two blocks to the west. Beach chairs are provided, and a grill, shower, and a picnic table are outside. Parking for 3 cars

Bedroom 6 - 1 Sleep Sofa /Futon, sleeper sofa - There are four bedrooms and there are two sleeper sofas in other rooms (the living room and the master bedroom's sun room. The second floor master bedroom is unusually large and it features a king size bed, an easy chair, and a private sun room with an ocean view. There is a private master bath and plenty of closet space. The second bedroom, on the first floor has a king size bed and easy access to the first floor bathroom. The third and fourth bedroom are on the second floor. One has a queen size bed and the other has a bunk bed and futon couch (that could be used as a sleeper if desired). Finally, the downstairs living room sofa opens as a sleeper and the couch in the master bedroom sun room also opens as a sleeper. The master bedroom and the sun room are separated by a sliding glass door, providing some degree of privacy if used for sleeping quarters.
