Vacation Rental Rates

Rate per week  $600.00 to $800.00 
All rates are negotiable 
A $200.00 deposit is required to make a reservation, for full  
refund, you need a notice of cancellation 30 days prior to date. 
Prices may change according to season. 
Security deposit will be returned upon check-out if the conditions  
of the apartment remain as when delivered the first day and if no  
violation of the Condominium regulations by the tenants have been  
reported to the owners of the apartment.
