Sterling Sands is a low rise condo with only 110 units so the beaches do not get as crowded as other Destin properties and the building has just undergone extensive renovations in 2013. This unit is the larger 2/2 in Sterling Sands with a very large Gulf Front Master Suite. This unit sleeps 8 (1 King, 1 Queen, Bunks and Queen Sleep Sofa). There are no streets to cross to get to beach and the pool is also gulf front so you can enjoy the beautiful gulf views while relaxing at the pool. This condo is within walking distance to the Back Porch restaurant and Henderson Beach State Park. Full well stocked kitchen, large washer and dryer and free standing icemaker in the condo.
