Colonial Country Club is a new master planned golf course community 
with a championship golf course, a full service clubhouse and 
recreation complex built by Pulte Homes.  It is approximately 10 miles 
from the Fort Myers Regional Southwest Airport and offers easy access 
to all major area beaches, shopping, restaurants, and attractions.  A 
few miles west you'll find outstanding beaches, including Fort Myers 
Beach, Sanibel Island, and Captiva. South of Fort Myers you'll find 
more beaches and activities in Naples, Marco Island and the Everglades.   
 
This private family home is 1720 sq. ft. under air with a heated 
swimming pool under an oversized screened lanai.  It also has a 
two-car garage. It is located within easy walking distance to the 
tennis courts, golf club house, and community center with a large 
pool.  This property offers a private backyard that looks out over a 
wooded preserve.

You have your choice of dining at an expansive countertop with

lanai. 
 
The floor plan is light and open.  The large living area leads easily 
into the kitchen and dining area. The master suite has a large walk-in 
closet, double sink bathroom and shower connecting to the lanai and pool.  
 
The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a large closet and 
nearby bathroom for your guest's comfort and privacy.   
 
There is also a den with a queen-sized futon, desk, computer printer, 
and wireless high speed internet access.  The futon has a very thick 
comfortable mattress and easily serves as a third bedroom. 
 
This is a no pets, no smoking home.

Vacation Rental Amenities

*Best Buy For Golf* Colonial Country Club features an 18 Hole 
Championship Golf Course designed by Gordon Lewis and built by Troon 
Golf. It includes an aquatic driving range and putting green.  For the 
golfer, a $200.00 transfer fee is required for unlimited golf for your 
stay.  You just pay for the cart when you play - Greens fees are only $10 
 
Other Colonial Country Club amenities include:

• Nature trails for jogging, walking, and biking 
• Fitness center with state-of-the-art exercise equipment 
• Community swimming pool adjacent to the clubhouse.  The aquatic
