                 Home Away Villa is located in the beautiful Aviana Resort Community. Aviana is a private, gated community, situated among 46 acres of tropical landscape with many amenities. You will love the clubhouse for its zero-entry, heated pool and spa, surrounded by a large sun deck. The facility also offers a large gathering room and an exercise room. You can also pass the time in the cyber café. The clubhouse also features a playground for the kids and a sand volleyball court and putting green.              

Home Away Villa is a newly constructed, 5 Bedroom / 4 Bath home with accommodations for up to 12 people. You will find that the comforts of home were always in mind when the home was furnished.

           This is an ideal vacation home for a large family or for two families to share. With over 2250 sq’ of living space, all on the same level, the home features two master bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom with direct access to the pool / spa area. One master bedroom has a luxurious soaking tub to help unwind after a long day as well as a large, stand-up shower and double vanity. Showers and tubs are available in each of the four bathrooms. There are a total of three Queen bedrooms and a twin bedroom suited for girls’ and boys’ use. The fifth bedroom has a full bed that could be used to accommodate adults or children alike. We have also provided a sleeper sofa with a Queen size, pull out mattress for additional sleeping options. The home is centrally air-conditioned and has always been pet and smoke free. For your comfort, we have provided ceiling fans in every bedroom and in the living room.

          The living room features a two comfortable sofas and a loveseat. There is also a reading nook with an occasional chair and table. Sit back and enjoy a television program on the 42” flat screen TV or gather the family for a movie on the DVD player. You can also listen to music on the stereo with CD player. For the families that enjoy video games, we have provided a Wii console for your use. Step out of the living room into the pool / spa area. There is a covered lanai with a table and 4 chairs for outside dining or snacks. Or you can soak up some sun on one of the poolside chaise lounge chairs. Adults and kids alike will love the pool and spa of our villa. Jump in the pool and cool off after a long, hot day or relax with a cold drink while soaking in the therapeutic spa.

         The fully equipped kitchen has everything you could need to prepare full meals for the family. All of the appliances are modern and brand new. The breakfast nook has a high table with seating for 6. There is also a counter eating area for a quick bite to eat. If you like a more formal dining experience, there is a separate dining area for the whole family. For the family that likes to BBQ, we have provided a large, propane BBQ for your use. If cooking on vacation is not your thing, don’t worry; there are many dining options just minutes from the house.

         Both master bedrooms feature 37” flat screen televisions with DVD players and Queen size beds. All of the other bedrooms also have in-room, cable televisions with DVD players.

         Rainy days are never a problem at our villa. The home features a well-equipped game room. Spend some time playing a game of darts, or make use of the air hockey table or foosball table. We offer free in-home Wifi and Unlimited Calling throughout North America.

         For the Golfers out there, the world-class Champions Gate Golf Course is less than 10 minutes away, featuring two courses designed by Greg Norman. And, with at least 10 more courses in the area, you could play a different one each day of your vacation.

         Our Villa also has a laundry room with a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board. We have also included hair dryers and alarm clock radios for your convenience. In the case that you are traveling with a small child, we have provided for your use, a crib with bedding, a high chair and a double stroller. We have 4 bicycles at the house for guests of all ages to use.
