Enjoy Your Stay: The living areas in this villa are tiled and additional extras such as window treatments, artwork ,accent painted walls and an upgraded furniture package make this villa very homely and welcoming. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor each with their own bathroom. The master bedroom has a seperate door leading to the pool deck. The family room has a comfortable sofa bed, it can be used as additional bedroom when the door is closed.There is also a living room with sofa, tv and dvd player for guests to enjoy. Upstairs are a further three bedrooms. The first is a king with ensuite, the remaining two are twin bedrooms each themed for a boy and girl. These bedrooms share a bathroom with a connecting door from the boys room and landing area. The bonus area is a fun place, with multi coloured lighting, two gaming chairs, tv, wii and sofa. The games room is well equipped darts and multiple game tables, including pool, football and air hockey.

Enjoy the Pool: The pool is accessed via the family room, the covered lanai with table and chairs is perfect for al fresco dining or taking shade. Enjoy the pool and spa or sunbathe on the pool deck. For convenience there is also a outside bathroom and shower on the deck. Gas pool heater is also available. 

This luxurious 5 bedroom/4 bathroom vacation rental home offers spacious accommodation for up to 12 people. It is located on the prestigious Calabay Parc at Tower Lake gated community, an ideal location for Disney and is just moments away from Golf, Fishing, Shops and Restaurants.

We bought the villa in early 2011. We re-furnished the entire house with the help from a professional interior designer. All furniture styles and colors have been carefully selected, all window treatments and beddings are designed to match the furniture. It is truely gorgeous.
