The New Castle Commons park and beach at the mouth of the harbor are a 5 minute drive while several other New Hampshire and Maine beaches can be reached in less than 30 minutes.
The entire first and second floors, as well as the natural stone basement area, have been refurbished including refinishing of the original hardwood floors, new wall treatments, modernized bathrooms and kitchen, new electrical and lighting, new central heating/air conditioning, central vacuum, and more.
