This beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath non-smoking, has been
lovingly decorated in bright and cheery tones and features custom
window treatments, hand painted furniture and accents.

Located on the first floor are the bright, open living and dining
areas and overstocked, gourmet kitchen which all afford beautiful
gulf views from the numerous large windows. Step outside to the
over-sized deck for relaxing and watching the gorgeous sunsets. New
for 2004 is a large fully enclosed screen porch on the 1st floor
deck. This deck is large enough for a screened porch or to sunbath
on the open side of the deck!
Also located on the first floor is one bedroom with a queen bed,
equipped with TV and full bath. Living room has a queen sofa
sleeper.
There is always something for everyone, pool, beach, open deck, or
screened porch!!!
The second floor consists of the Bunk Room with 2 sets of twin
bunks, TV/VCR, a full bath, lounging area and the master bedroom.
The large master bedroom features a king bed, TV & VCR, walk-in
closet,private bath and a gulf facing balcony for those quiet stolen
moments star gazing and watching the beautiful sunsets.
The oversized lower level laundry room is equipped with a washer and
dryer as well as the second, full sized refrigerator. Outside there
is the wooden deck with picnic table and large gas grill.
Also available for your use are a highchair, potty seat, step stool
and a baby security gate. There are also numerous beach toys,
chairs, and a wagon for transporting weary little ones home from the
beach.
There is also a new fully enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold
water.
The private, in-ground pool, means there will be something for
everyone whether your family likes the beach, pool or both.

The pineapple has long been known as the symbol of hospitality. We
have named our house the Pineapple Plantation and created a home
with your comfort and pleasure in mind in the hope that your family
will create many wonderful vacation memories on Cape San Blas as
ours.

Outside gas grill, Enclosed hot and cold shower, 2 decks. Large
screen porch with great gulf views. Games,movies, DVD player, VCR
and movies, books, all the cooking utensils ever needed are
provided. This house has 4 TV's, 3 VCR's, 1 DVD player, and stereo
in the family room with a set of speakers on enclosed deck. We also
include 2 large, full sized refrigerators for all your extra food
and drink.

Beachcombing, watching gorgeous sunsets and sunrises, watching
dolphins, swimming, fishing, kayaking, snorkling, golf,
birdwatching, hiking, shelling. Rentals of all sorts of boats, toys
and equipment are available nearby.
