Great home for family getaways.
Home has all you need and is beautifully decorated with lots of finishing touches that really make the difference. A real home from home.
Well equipped throughout with bicycles in the garage, beach chairs and pool toys etc all of which we have missed on other homes.
Pool is deep which is great for older kids and teenagers etc but be mindful of this with very young children.
Location is perfect for south Longboat Key (LBK) and an easy cycle to St Armand's Circle on Lido Key where there's great shopping, restaurants and ice creams! Public access nearby to LBK beach but there are better areas of beach near on Lido Key and further north near Holmes beach.
Lots of information in the home on local restaurants, places to see and go.
Overall 10/10

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing

Superb vacation home

This vacation home is up to a superb standard. We were not disappointed. The location is perfect, right on the waterfront, though not facing the ocean. Huge living room and integral kitchen. The kitchen has recently been remodeled to a very high standard with all high end appliances. The master bedroom was luxurious with a gorgeous en suite bathroom. We would have no hesitation in staying here again. Very highly recommended.

Beautiful home and great location!

Beautifully decorated home. Our family of 6 had plenty of space to spread out and relax. Our family absolutely loved the pool which went from 3' or 4' to 6' at one end. The beds and linens were very comfortable and we had all we needed from beach towels to dishes. The fishing dock was great, we caught catfish and a few other species we weren't familiar with. Would definitely comeback, and maybe next time rent a boat. We found our favorite beach access was a short drive north next to the Diplomat hotel, less shelly than the closer one by the golf course and a place to park.

We had children ages, 2, 6, 10, and 14. This house is in a quiet neighborhood which was great for relaxing. Bradenton and Anna Maria are a short drive north for more tourist activities. We also spent time in Sarasota which was a short drive across the bay.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway
