$499/week Fall Specials at The Summit! in Panama City Beach

The Summit Condominiums are located directly on the beach and all
the units feature private balconies overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.
There are 2 swimming pools, 2 children's pools, and 2 large outdoor
hot tubs. Also, an arcade room, exercise rooms (his and hers),
tennis courts, shuffleboard, saunas (his & hers), laundry
facilities, Bikini Bob's restaurant, Ice Cream shop, and poolside
tiki bar. Free use of internet on computers provided by the Summit
in the lobby area or connect free inside your unit using your own computer.
Great beach and location.

Our 1 bedroom condominium unit features a/c, 2 cable TVs, full
kitchen with microwave and utensils and washer/dryer. It has 1 & 1/2
baths, a pair of bunk beds recessed in the hallway, one king bed in
the bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The 8'x16'
private balcony directly overlooks the pools, beach and Gulf of
Mexico.

Lots of nearby activities including golf, horseback riding, a
variety of watersports, and lots of family entertainment. Visit
nearby Shell Island, Zoo World, mini golf, go karts and don't forget
to head over to Spinnaker or Club La Vela (the 2 biggest night clubs
in the area) - right next door to the Summit. During Spring Break
Mtv events are held on the beach at The Summit with free concerts,
activities and food.

Weekly rates include ALL taxes & cleaning (nightly stays - 3 night minimum - from $65/nt
plus 10% tax and $75 cleaning fee).

Our weekly rates include 12% taxes & cleaning. Summit charges
a $15 registration fee at check-in. Call for daily rates.
Winter 2009/10 Rates from $899/month plus 10% taxes (3 month minimum).

We accept personal checks & money orders. Credit card payments
(VISA/MasterCard/Discover)are accepted with an additional 3%
convenience fee.
Initial deposit of $200 due within seven days of reservation.
Spring Break deposit is $300. This will be kept as the security
deposit and returned approximately 14 days after travel. Final
payment due 30 days prior to arrival (45 days prior for Spring
Break). If booking within 30 days of travel, full payment due
within 3 days of reservation.
Cancellations 46 days or more prior to travel will receive a full
refund LESS $100 Cancel Fee, except Spring Break payments are completely
non-refundable. Cancellations 31-45 days will receive a full refund less the $200- $300 deposit ($200-$300 charge), except Spring Break payments are
non-refundable. Cancellations 30 days or less prior to travel will receive no refund unless unit is rented, at which time a refund less $200 will be
provided. Hurricane policy: A credit will be provided for any nights missed as
a result of a mandatory evacuation.
