This charming vacation retreat is the lower of a two unit home. It features a fully equipped kitchen, open floor plan, flat screen TV and DVD player in the living room, TV in one of the bedrooms, cable, Wi-Fi, coin-op washer & dryer on site, 2 car narrow tandem parking (7.5 wide and 37 feet long), and private furnished patio. Sleeping arrangements include a queen bed, a double bed, two twin beds and a queen sleeping sofa.

Centrally located in South Mission Beach, this wonderful  vacation home is in walking distance to fun beach activities, bike rental stores, convenience stores, bars and restaurants. Belmont Park with its famous Rollercoaster is only one block away. Easy access to freeways. ONLY 5 minutes from Sea World. 15 minutes to San Diego Zoo/ Wildlife Park, Downtown and Balboa Park.

The upper unit 3265 Bayside Walk is also available for rent. It sleeps 8 people and offers 3.5 bedrooms and 2 baths.
