Vacation Rental Description

2 Bedroom, 2 bath remodeled house on a quiet street in a nice  
neighborhood surrounded by tropical landscaping. A short 3 mile drive  
on 1 street puts you on the sand at the beach at Lauderdale by the  
Sea.  
 
The living room & dining room features a 50 inch DLP TV, DVD player,  
stereo and a regulation sized Mahogany Brunswick pool table  
overlooking the pool.    
 
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, vaulted ceilings, a 42 inch  
plasma TV, DVD player and stereo. The master bathroom, across the  
hall features a huge stone shower with a rain head, his and her  
double sinks with a marble top on a bamboo vanity.  
 
The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a dresser, a mirror,  
recessed lighting and a celing fan.  
 
The third bedroom is being used as an office. Please note there are  
only 2 beds in this rental. A computer has been provided for internet  
access and printing. Wireless access is also provided.  
 
The Outside has totally been transformed from an average everyday  
backyard to a tropical paradise. It has a heated pool with a  
waterfall and a table in the pool for sitting at with water jets at  
your back. Outdoor rock speakers surround the entire back yard. The  
Tiki Hut has a bamboo ceiling fan, a table and chairs to seat 6 and a  
water misting system. Nearby is a custom made outdoor grill island.  
At night, landscape lighting lights up the entire backyard with a 3  
color pool light that changes the water to different colors.  
 
The kitchen features the normal things you would find in a kitchen.  
All new pots, pans, knives, plates have been provided for use during  
your stay.  
 
Also, 2 mountain bikes are made available for neighborhood riding  
during your stay.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Heated Swimming pool, BBQ grill, Tiki hut, pool table, 50 inch tv, 32 and 42 inch plasma tv's.  
Wireless Internet access. 2 mountain bikes. Outdoor speakers and landscape lighting.

Vacation Rental Rates

$1000 cash deposit due at booking. Balance due 45 days prior to arrival. 
Rates are all inclusive. They include 11% tax and cleaning fees(approx $300-$350) 
7 night minimum. High Season Multi week rentals are discounted by $100 per week 
Nov 1-June 1 $2200 per week. Additional nights are $315 per night 
June 1-Sept 1 $1800 per week. Additional nights are $255 per night 
Sept 1-Nov 1 $1900 per week. Additional nights are $270 per night 
Pool heating available $25 per night. Not necessary from May 1st - Nov 1st 
Rates are based on 4 guests. 4 $25 per person per night or $100 pp per week
