3 Bedroom, 2 bath remodeled house on a quiet street surounded by tropical landscaping.
A short distance in every direction are many shopping centers with grocery stores, movie theaters, gyms and restaurants.
The beach is 3 miles east at the end of Commercial blvd located at Lauderdale by the Sea. This town features restaurants, bars, a fishing pier and shopping.
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and vaulted ceilings.
The master bathroom features a stone shower with a rain head, his and her double sinks with a marble top on a bamboo vanity.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed.
This house has 3 bedrooms but the third is being used as an office.
There is a full sleeper sofa bed in the living room.
A computer has been provided for internet access and printing. Wireless access is also provided.
The Outside has been transformed into a tropical paradise. It has a heated pool with a waterfall and a table in the pool for sitting at. Outdoor rock speakers surround the back yard. The Tiki Hut has a bamboo ceiling fan, a table and chairs.
Nearby is a custom made outdoor grill island. At night, landscape lighting lights up the entire backyard with a 3 color pool light that changes the water to different colors.
The kitchen has been remodeled this summer with Cherry cabinets, high end stainless appliances and soapstone countertops.
2 mountain bikes are made available for neighborhood riding.

vacation rental rates
$500 - $1000 refundable security/damage deposit due to reserve dates. Deposit is refunded within a week after checkout. Lease amount is due 30 days prior to arrival.
