Beautiful two bedroom, one bath ground floor pool side condo located at 7th & Ocean Ave. Take a dip in the relaxing pool after a day at the beach then enjoy the sunsets from the wrap around sundeck, fireworks on Friday nights, watching the waves and catching an ocean breeze. Condo is equipped with a heated swimming pool, lounge chairs, tables, two barbecue grills (located poolside), outside shower, one assigned parking spot, off street parking and laundry facilities. Bedroom has a queen size bed in one bedroom, full size bed in 2nd bedroom and a pull out queen sleeper sofa in living room, cable TV in living room and one bedroom, VCR/CD combo, stereo Kitchen has a refridgerator, microwave,stove top and is fully equipped. Central Air and Heat. Please bring your own sheets and towels as these are not provided.

Complex is one short block to the beach and a few short blocks to the start of
the boardwalk, amusements and water parks Close to the North Wildwood Entertainment Pavillion located on 2nd Street, which hosts concerts on Thursdays & Saturday evenings at 8PM, mini golf, movie theatres, nightlife on Old New Jersy Ave and restaurants. Boat and Jet Ski rental facilities nearby. Historic Cape May is a 15 minute drive and Atlantic City and the Casions are a 45 minute drive

August 3rd to 10th $1250, August 10th to 17th $1250, August 17th to 24th $1250, August 24th to 29th (partial week) $900 + $200 refundable security deposit
Labor Day Weekend - 8/30 to 9/3 $700 + refundable security deposit
