Vacation Rental Description

November 2002 architect designed construction on a private bay front  
property with 180 degree views of Netarts Bay and the Pacific Ocean  
beyond (about 1 mile away).  
 
The house was designed by the architect for the setting and every  
detail was painstakingly considered and carefully crafted. 
 
2 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with extra sleeping space in loft.  This  
property also has a detached guest cottage, discretely separated  
from the main residence. 
 
Because of the uniqueness of the house, we ask that you remove your  
shoes in the entry way and not bring pets into the home.

Main Residence 
* Large master suite with a private bathroom and gas fireplace, queen bed 
* Guest suite with bay windows and private bathroom, double/twin bunk bed 
* Great room has cathedral ceiling, gas fireplace, open loft on top  
  and access to the outside deck 
* Kitchen has granite countertops, gas oven, microwave,   
  refrigerator, utensils for all your cooking and eating needs 
* Cable Television, DVD, CD player 
* Loft has futon couch/bed 
 
Cottage 
* Detached, private cottage with a wallbed (double), bathroom,  
  living area with coffee bar (sink, counter area) 
 
Property is its own hill extending somewhat into the bay with the  
house on top and accessed via a winding driveway. 

Activities and Attractions

* Dig for clams in your backyard  
* Rent a boat at the nearby boat launch  
* Rent crab gear and go crabbing  
* Boat over to the spit separating the bay from the ocean and enjoy  
  5 miles of secluded beach  
* Drive the 22 mile Three Capes Scenic Loop  
* Enjoy the ocean beaches at Cape Lookout or Oceanside  

Vacation Rental Rates

June-Septempber, *Major Holidays: $200 night, $1300/week (5 people) 
October-May: $170/night, $1050/week 
 
More than 5 persons: $10/night/person or use of cottage 
Use of the private studio cottage: Additional $40/night 
 
$170 refundable security deposit and $75 non-refundable cleaning  
fee required to book. 
 
*Major Holidays: Christmas, New Years, Thanksgiving, Memorial Day,  
Presidents Day, Spring Break 
 
2 Night Minimum
