The house was designed by the architect for the setting and every
detail was painstakingly considered and carefully crafted.
2 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with extra sleeping space in loft. This
property also has a detached guest cottage, discretely separated
from the main residence.
Because of the uniqueness of the house, we ask that you remove your
shoes in the entry way and not bring pets into the home.

Cottage
* Detached, private cottage with a wallbed (double size), bathroom,
living area with large counter and sink.
Property is its own hill extending into the bay with the
house on top and accessed via a winding driveway.

* Dig for clams in your backyard
* Rent a boat at the nearby boat launch
* Rent crab gear and go crabbing
* Boat over to the spit separating the bay from the ocean and enjoy
5 miles of secluded beach
* Drive the 22 mile Three Capes Scenic Loop
* Enjoy the ocean beaches at Cape Lookout or Oceanside

June-Septempber, *Major Holidays: $195 night, $1250/week (5 people)
October-May: $170/night, $1070/week
More than 5 persons: $10/night/person or use of cottage
Use of the private studio cottage: Additional $40/night
$170 refundable security deposit and $80 non-refundable cleaning
fee required to book.
