New in 2007, this "Canadian Lakes" get-away is one hour north of Grand Rapids, MI.  Nestled among the pines on Lake Kilkenny, this 3,400 sq. ft. cottage is spacious but cozy.  The private beach is ideal for catching a few fish or catching a few rays and the active wildlife never diappoints.  Many opportunities for outdoor winter activities are just outside the door, as well, making this a year-round haven!

Amazing Place

This place is amazing! The pictures don't do it justice. We stayed in a group of 13 people. There was plenty of room and things to do. The fishing was great. We had teenagers there and they had the time of their life. All the Amish goods nearby were great.

Recommended for: families with young children, families with teenagers, sight seeing

We stayed 4 days and 3 nights only because of the availability. It was a totally wonderful stay and the home was even more than advertised! We have booked for next year for two weeks. We found the home to be very cozy and everyone had their space while being together under one roof. We had the use of a canoe and a row boat for fishing on the private lake. The fishing was great! We also made good use of the fire pit by the lake in the evenings. We were able to play golf and used the pool at the clubhouse for a very reasonable fee of $3 per person per day. The kitchen is fully equipped and open to the great room and dining area. It is a very quiet and peaceful setting with plenty of deer to watch in the mornings and evenings. Totally amazing home!
