Our Tropical paradise is a brand new condo resort consisting of 4 homes in a gated secure environment one minute walk to the ocean. Offering approx 1600 sq ft on two floors, 2 bedrooms 2 baths. Each bedroom offers a private sundeck where you can pass the time away on the day beds. The master bedrooms offers floor to ceiling 14 feet high double sliding glass doors, wake up to the sounds of the ocean, howler monkeys and green parrots.

The main floor features floor to ceiling windows open to the gardens, white porcelain tiles, the fully equipped kitchen features granite counter top and a breakfast bar and laundry facilities .

Iguanas, geckos, butterflies, hummingbirds are all found within our very secured walled grounds.

My favorite past time each morning-----A fresh cup of Costa Rican coffee while walking on the meandering elevated boardwalk through the gardens, I?m always amazed with the large varieties of tropical flowers. I still find new ones I?ve never seen before. In addition our boutique orchard has Mangos, Papaya, coconuts, bananas, limes, lemons, naranjas, guava, and of course my favorite chilies. Guests are encouraged to harvest and enjoy our fruits.

Our property is run like a resort and the care takers Maria & Miguel will ensure that your stay is unforgettable providing housekeeping, laundry, pool and ground maintenance as well as 24 hour security. A perfect balance of total private resort with the opportunity to meet fellow travelers.

Our private patio and gardens are furnished with large teak dinning room table and a 4 piece sectional sofa and gas barbecue all great for dining or lounging. The communal rancho is great for meeting up with visiting guests and sharing stories of the days events. Crystal clear waters in our pool and spa, sundeck with over stuffed pillows.

One minute walk to the Beach, guests often return their rental cars once they arrive 'when you find paradise why leave?

At night the boardwalk and gardens light up creating intriguing, romantic hideaway.

15 Restaurants within a 5 to 10 minute walk 3 of which are on the beach, 3 18 hole golf courses are all within a easy drive.
