Smoky Mountain Rose Manor is an  eco-green private home vacation rental  in the Smoky Mountains in North Carolina, between Bryson City and Nantahala, and 15 miles north of Franklin. Call for available dates and rates which start at $85 a day with kitchen. You can rent just one bedroom or all 5 bedrooms, whichever suits your budget and size. On some occasions 3 more bedrooms may be available.

The brand new Eco Cabin is available starting Sept. 2011. It has 3 sleeping areas and a full bath and granite counters in open kitchen. Living area and deck looking up into the woods on mountain side. Or rent the "Wood Room" with king bed and double and twin beds or the "Fireplace Room", a large healthy eco room with king bed and couch and lots of windows in attached building on this single family home property. Two full baths and a kitchen are part of these 2 LARGE rooms. "Fireplace Room" is 21 x 20 and "Wood Room" is 34 x 11.

There is an artists' studio with potter's wheel and kiln and an opportunity to learn how to make stained glass.... Retreat setting and enough rooms for a reunion.

At the Smoky Mountain Rose Manor vacation rental you will be in a beautiful valley with a creek running through the front, then dense trees rising up to the mountaintop. Next to scenic pasture rich farmland tucked in between mountains. Enjoy the organic summer veggies (an organic garden on grounds since 1976) and the fall colors. Diverse naturalist environment of winding roads noted for bikers enjoyment. One room (either Wood or Fireplace) with Kitchen, and bath starts at only $85 a night.

Eco Cabin ranges from $145 to $175.

Rates are subject to change prior to booking but are guaranteed once payment is received.

Will accept Credit Cards & eCheck thru PPI. Half of eco rental 'reservation deposit' is required on booking & the balance with NC tax is due 15 days prior to arrival.

'Last minute' bookings are possible as property is newly offered.

Cleaning fee up to $75.00 depending on stay and a security deposit of $49.00 damage waiver fee covering up to $1500 of accidental damage also required except if paid by charge card.
