A four bedroom home located in Monterey Beach. The home is one block from the Monterey Beach ocean and bay beachs. The home is two stories, with three bedrooms on the second floor and one on the first floor. The three bedrooms on the second floor have TV's with basic cable. The bedroom on the first floor has bunk beds. The weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday from 3:00 PM check in to a 11:00 AM check out.

The house has central air conditioning, off street parking for two cars, a kitchen with a stove /oven, and a microwave. The outside has a natural gas grill, a deck, an awning for the deck, and patio furniture. Cable TV with Internet.

A minture golf course is right around the corner. The ocean and bay is one block in either direction. A short drive to two boardwalks with amusment piers. Seaside Heights Boardwalk is south and Point Pleasant Boardwalk is north, Great Adventure Amusment Park is 40 minutes west, and Atlantic City is 55 minutes south.

June 1000 per week July and August 1800 per week September 1000 per week. The rental weeks are from Saturday to Saturday. The week of June 23 to June 30 is $1500.00.
