Vacation Rental Description

Our condo is part of a 47 unit ocean front development situated 
on Costa Azul Beach. Swimming, surfing(the famous "Zippers", 
the "Rock" and "Old Man's Beach"), dining and several miles of white 
sand beaches are outside your front door. 
Our 4th floor condo has spectacular views from the large double 
balcony and the living/dining areas.
We are 15 min. from the airport, 10 min. into San Jose del Cabo, 
with quaint shops and great restaurants. 20 min. from the night 
life of Cabo San Lucas. Fishing, snorkling and world class golfing 
is near by. Surfing, the pool and the beach are steps away.

water stretch the coast from San Jose to Cabo. Shopping, internet 
cafes and really great restaurants are everywhere from San Jose to 
Cabo San Lucas.

Jan.4 to July 13,2008......$195.00/Night
July 14 to Sept.30,2008....$165.00/Night
Oct.1 to Dec 19,2008.......$195.00/Night
Dec.20 through Jan 3,2008..$250.00/Night

  4-6 night minimum (seasonal)
Prices include all taxes and cleaning prior to arrival and after 
departure.
Check in after 3pm check out by 11 AM on departure day.
50% deposit required to confirm reservation. Balance due 30 days 
prior to arrival.
Cancellation policy:80% refund if 30 days prior to arrival date.
