This is a wonderfully elegant 4 bedroom/4 full bath villa at the prestigious Branson Hills at the prestigious Payne Stewart award winning golf course.  The villa is a free standing house so no worry about noisy neighbors, unless you count the cricket noise out back in the woods. Sit on the private deck and enjoy the sounds, use the wonderful gas grill and enjoy that wonderful time visiting.

The villa is 2200 sq feet and has a huge gathering space with dining area, granite kitchen and huge living area. The dining table seats 8 and the bar seats 4. There is also a second bar table with chairs and the patio table so lots of seating for meals and cards. The granite kitchen has top of the line appliances, lots of storage and everything you need to cook a big Sunday dinner or a quick snack. You can also walk down to the clubhouse - the grill is open from 7 am and has great breakfast or a wonderful lunch.

The living area has lots of seating, a wet bar, big screen tv with premium channels including ESPN AND HBO, and a gas fireplace. The views out the windows of the woods and trees are beautiful. Top of the line beds - every bedroom has a flat screen tv. There is a washer and dryer if you want to keep up. We have toys, games and DVDS for all ages so there is lots to do and you don't need to go and just spend your time relaxing.

• 50% of fees are due at booking to hold your dates, balance at 3 weeks prior to stay.

Cancellation Policies

• Up to 60 days in advance, there is a $100 relisting fee.
• Between 59 days and 21 days you forfeit first installment, within 3 weeks you forfeit full amount unless we are able to rebook the full stay and amount and consider further refunds.
• Additional cancellation policies may apply to bookings of 3 or more units, please inquire.
