This newly built home is now available as a vacation rental. The panorama view is to died for, the comfort and livable will make you feel at home immediately.

Accommodation for 6 people only, and no more then 3 cars. This home is a must for your next stay in Lincoln City whether for a weekend or a week, truly a magnificent home with a magnificence view.  The large deck is perfect for sunbathing or just enjpoying the view.

This is a 3 story home, with the garage and laundry on the top floor. Down one flight of stairs is the main floor, the living, dining and kitchen, also the master bath and king bedroom. Down another flight of stairs are two more bedrooms, one with a trundle (2 twins) and one with a queen. All three bedrooms have good views of the beach.

The beach is accessed in several ways.  Walk to the beach about 3/10th of a mile. Drive and park and the low beach beach access. Or use the stairs that are available.

The second floor of the home is the main floor, features the  living room with a gas fireplace is in the corner with a flat screen TV, DVD above. Comfortable seating and a lounge chair is in just the right place to capture the full view.  

The dining room and kitchen are on this floor as well.  The dining room table can be expanded to seat 6 people very comfortably.

A full kitchen has everything you will need to make your stay complete, Side-side frig, ice maker, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and many small appliances.

Also on the main floor is the master bedroom and bathroom. You will find the washer and dryer on the top floor where the 2 car garage and laundry room is located.

Since the home can only park 3 cars at the most, we suggust that you keep the cars to 2 cars.   There is no other parking available, not on the street or in front of other homes.  We want you to enjoy your stay at this lovely home and not be towed away for any reason.

This home is located only a mile south of the Factory Stores,
five miles south of the casino, about 1/2 mile north of the Inn at Spanish Head.

Golfing at Salishan, just minutes away.
Newport and the aquarium is 30 minutes south.

Depoe Bay and charter fishing is 15 minutes to the south
Visit the many antique shops that Lincoln City has to offer.

Fine and casual dining are just minutes away. 

Summer rate is $ 255.00 per night with 26.78 room tax per night

7th night is free.  10.5 % room tax.  Cleaning is $ 100.00

Winter rate is $ 185.00 per night with 19.43 room tax per night

All reservation require a $ 100.00 damage deposit.

If you are allowed to bring your small pet, then the damage deposit is $ 200.00.  This damage deposit will be returned to you when you leave the home damage free.
