In off season Nightly Rate is flexible. Monthly rates are also negotiable throughout the year; $400 weekly additional security deposit to be returned upon walkthrough, within two weeks; A $100.00 cleaning fee is additional cost, which includes towels.There is a guest limit of six. King in Master(two twins); one double and two twins downstairs. There is a queen in loft, but there will be a surcharge of $100.00 per person per week not to exceed two person (never more than eight at anytime).
