The Living room has a TV and TV in two of the bedrooms. New carpet throughout! Kitchen comes equipped with coffee maker, blender, mixer, cooking utensils, dishes, glasses, food storage containers, etc. Just like home! Eat your breakfast outside on the patio in the nice morning air. Totally fenced back yard to keep kids and pet safe. One bedroom has a queen sized bed, the other has a sleeper sofa and is also set up with a great home office. Just bring your own laptop. The master bedroom has a king and the couch in the living room is a hide-a-bed.

Glendale, Greater Phoenix Area, Arizona, USA (20 Minutes from Sky Harbor Airport, 10 Minutes from Westgate City Center and University of Phoenix Stadium. Lots of parks nearby with tennis, basketball,baseball and etc. Glendale Community College close by also. Close to Phoenix International Raceway. Two races every year! A day trip to most of Arizona! NASCAR twice a year and the Super Bowl coming in 2015. Of course we have MLB Spring Training every year.
vacation rental rates
$97.00 per night. 3 night stay minimum. 5 night minimum for all major holidays. 4 guest included in cost. $25.00 per night for each after four. $300.00 security deposit required. Leave the house clean and the way it was when you checked in and your deposit will be returned promptly. Send me an email and I'll send you an agreement to complete.
