Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful 3/2 1,900 square ft. Home with garage, pool, seawall and boathouse on canal to Lake June.  
This home was built in 2004. It is located on a cul-de-sac in a beautiful neighborhood.  Lake June 
is the center of many activities and is the most prestigous lake in the area.  Lake June is a 3,504 
acre fresh water lake with a State Park located on its shores. This lake is known for its bass 
fishing and watersports. Lake June in Winter Scrub State Park offers nearly 3 miles of shoreline 
along the western side of Lake June. The site protects 845 acres of rare scrub habitat and is home 
to 19 rare plant and animal species.The park offers nature trails and a place for picnicking, nature 
study, and bird watching. Southern Bald Eagles and Osprey nests are on the property. There is 
parking for 10 vehicles, a picnic shelter,and a composting toilet. The property is comprised of 845 
acres of pristine scrub, a desert-like community of rare plants, white sands, and abundant wildlife 
in an area frequented by songbirds.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This home is fully furnished and includes: Two queen size beds. 1 full size bed, a futon and an air 
matress just in case. (Includes linens, towels, soap, toilet paper). Lots of closet space. 50 inch 
tv in living room and 27 inch tv in Master with DIRECTV.  Stereo with CD Player.  DVD Player. In the 
Kitchen we have Pots, Pans, Glasses, Silverware, Dishwasher, Stove/Microwave, and a Coffee 
Maker. In the garage we have a new washer and dryer with a wash sink. Help yourselves to our two new 
bikes in the garage.  We have fishing poles and fishing tackle that you are also welcome to use at 
your own risk. Just bring your clothes with you. There is a Publix near by to stock the fridge with 
groceries. We also have a Gas Grill. And don't forget the Pool.  The Boat house, which can hold up 
to a 21 ft boat, also has and electric lift and DIRECTV so you can sit out and enjoy the outdoors 
with your tv close by. 

Activities and Attractions

  Enjoy Boating, Biking, Kayaking, and Fishing on Lake June. Some of the best fishing in the U.S. is 
found right here in Lake Placid on Lake June and its surrounding lakes. For the voracious fisherman, 
it would not be uncommon to catch several large mouth bass over 6 lbs in an outing. The house is 
also about 1hr and 20 minutes from Disney World and other Orlando attractions.  There are also 
several golf courses near by in Lake Placid and in Sebring. You can find many restaurants and a Mall 
in Sebring.  We recommend Yianni's for a fine dining experience.

Vacation Rental Rates

1 month mimimum 
April through December $2,000.00/Month
January, February and March $2,400/Month.
