fully furnished, five bedroom 4200 sq. ft. rental home offers an 
open floorplan with spectacular views from every room. It has every 
possible feature you'd expect... and more!

- A large great room with stone fireplace, ample seating, and Sony 
32” flat screen WEGA TV, DVD player, and whole house stereo system

- An open lake level family room with built-in movie theatre, stereo 
system, granite wet bar with fridge, game table, karaoke, and 
overstuffed leather furniture 

- Over 1000 sq ft of porch space, including open porches, covered 
porches, two eating areas and a screened porch with ceiling fan 
An expansive open kitchen with eat-in bar, Thermador appliances, 
microwave, many small appliances, and table settings for 12 

- A large comfortable dining area with a stunning lake view and a 
large 60x80 table that comfortably seats eight 

- A private office with wireless broadband internet access

The home comfortably sleeps twelve, with five spacious well-
appointed bedrooms, including:

- A spacious first floor master with king bed, porch access, 27” TV,

- A lake level bedroom with queen sized bed and bath 

- Two great second floor bedrooms with a total of 5 twin beds

$6000 per week, June
$8000 per week, July
$7000 per week, August
$4500 per week, March, April, May, September, October, 
$3000 per week  January, February, November, December 
+$1500 per week for holidays/major race weeks/Davidson graduation

Three day weekend rentals available outside of summer months. No 
three day rentals are available between Memorial and Labor Day.

Monthly rentals outside of summer months are available.
