and the pure white "baby powder soft" sand, is the perfect year 
round vacation resort! 

Our unit, located on Cresent Beach in the Sea Shell Condominium 
Complex is a gated complex. The complex has assigned covered parking 
and a fully-equipped kitchen with laundry facilities on each floor. 
A private balcony just off the master suite offers views 
of the breathtaking sunsets as well as the natural beauty of the 
beach and tropical waters. Our unit is completely updated and is
miraculous kept. The beach reknowned for its pure white sand that 
never gets hot was rated the 4th best beach in the world. 
Pets are NOT allowed.  

Sarasota, Florida is large enough to offer cosmopolitan cultural 
amenities, yet small enough to offer secluded privacy. Boating, 
fishing, and snorkeling can all be done close by. And fine 
restaurants, markets, and shopping are just a short walk away.

Central air conditioning, private balconies with gulf view, private 
phones, air conditioning, cable TV, DVD, stereo, CD Player, full

use of the heated pool, beach and pool chaise lounges, the barbecue
