Large Executive Cabin, on 5 private wooded acres in McCall

This recently built, 3000 square foot luxury cabin has 3 large bedrooms, 3.5 baths and sleeps 10.  New furnishings and decor give this cabin a warm, comfortable lodge atmosphere.  The huge chef's kitchen has a professional grade gas range, granite countertops and a huge butcher-block island.   It includes all the pots, pans, and baking dishes you need, along with plenty of dishes and silverware.  The kitchen also includes a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, hand mixer and a wide variety of cooking tools.  There is a walk-in pantry where you can store your food and a stainless steel refrigerator and freezer.  The dining table seats 10.  The living room has floor to ceiling windows and a stone fireplace.  The first floor living areas have beautiful hickory floors and there is plush carpet in all the bedrooms.  There is also a large bonus room with its own full bath, a queen-size sofa sleeper, foosball table, games and game table. There is a three car garage(2 or more stalls will be available for your use) and room for snowmobile trailers.  Snowmobilers welcome!

The cabin is located on a very private, 5 acre forested lot.  You can hardly see another cabin, but you may see deer, fox, or other wildlife right outside the windows. Yet it is within McCall city limits and less than 5 minutes to town, the lake, or Ponderosa State Park.

It is a perfect family getaway.  The cabin has beds for 10 (includes sleeper sofa) and there is a maximum of 12 guests at the property.

NO PETS and NO SMOKING

Satellite HDTV, DVD players, video games, hi-speed internet, firewood, books, movies and games are all provided.

Having rented many cabins ourselves we like to provide some essentials that other cabins do not.  In the kitchen we supply basic spices, cooking oil, flour and sugar, and basic condiments like mustard and ketchup.  We also provide aluminum foil, plastic wrap, and paper towels.  We have a large capacity washer and dryer with laundry detergent provided.  Please check our cabinets before you go to the market; hopefully we can shorten your grocery list!

Our beds are complete with new linens and comforters, and all bathrooms contain new towels.  All bedrooms have walk-in closets with plenty of hangers.  We also provide beach towels for your use.

Outdoor amenities include picnic tables, horseshoe pit, hammock, gas BBQ, and fire pit.

In the wintertime you can cross country ski or snowshoe right out the door!

Summer Rates (June 1 thru September 30)

$275 per night with a 3 night minimum.  With the exception of Holidays and special events listed below.

Winter Rates (October 1 thru May 31)

$225 per night with a 3 night minimum.  With the exception of Holidays and special events listed below.

Holiday / Special event Rates

Holiday rates apply for Christmas break thru New years day, Thanksgiving, Winter Carnival, Spring Break and the week of Fourth of July.  Holiday rates are $295 per night with a 3 night minimum.

LAST MINUTE GET-AWAYS!

If you book 7 days or less before your arrival date the rate is only $200 per night.

WEEKLY RATES

Book 7 nights and get one free night.  So summer weekly rate is 6 X 275 for $1,650.  Winter weekly rate would be 6 X 225 for $1,350.  Weekly rates over Holidays or special events would be $1,770.

Deposits and other info

50% of the rental amount is due at time of reservation. Balance collected 30 days prior to check-in.

There is a $175 cleaning fee charged on the date of check-in.  There is also a $500 security deposit required at check-in for all guests.    The security deposit is fully refundable provided there is no damage to the property or excessive cleaning needed.

Tax:  an 8% Idaho sales and lodging tax is charged on the rental fee.  The tax is not applied to the cleaning fee or deposit.
