The Haven, our FOUR BEDROOM THREE BATHROOM LUXURY VILLA has an upgraded 30-foot by 15-foot private
pool plus a hot spa and extended pool deck - all this overlooking a wetlands conservation area. It
is located on the five star gated community of Windsor Palms. Our home is set in peacefull
countryside yet is ONLY THREE MILES from the Disney entrance ( yes - just a five minute drive).

Renting our home gives you automatic membership of Windsor Palms and FREE use of all resort
facilities. A 24 hour gated entrance provided security. Less than two minutes drive away you will
also find a 24 hour supermarket, pharmacy, liquor store, bank and plenty of choice for dining.

Our home is furnished and equipped to a very high standard. We have four bedrooms, including two
master en suites perfect for two families or perhaps two generations sharing. One master has a king
sized bed, with a queen in the second master - both have colour cable TV. The other two bedrooms
have twin beds, cable TV and DVD/Video and share a further bathroom.

The lounge overlooks the pool and deck area, incorporates a queen sofa bed, formal dining area and
features a large flat screen cable TV, video, DVD and sound system. There is also a selection of
board games and books for your enjoyment. The telephone permits FREE local calls.

The pool area is the perfect spot to soak up the rays and cool off in the sparkling water. It has a
covered lanai - perfect for those who feel the sun is getting too much with ample loungers and
chairs provided for your relaxation

The kitchen contains a dishwasher, waste disposal, large refridgerator with freezer and icemaker,
microwave, etc. with a washing machine and tumble drier located in a separate utility room.
There is a supurb breakfast bar and a nook area for informal dining, again with views over the pool
area.

The unit is fully air conditioned, and all linens and towels are supplied. In the interests of all
our guests there is no smoking allowed in the house - you can smoke in the patio area.

There are several world class golf courses a short drive away with the nearest Mystic Dunes on the
doorstep. Should you wish to play golf during your stay tee times can be arranged for our guests.

Our local management company will be on hand to assist you 24 hours a day should the need arise.

Extra large and screened private pool with spa bath overlooking conservation area, range of pool and
patio furniture, air conditioned throughout, two telephones (FREE local calls), cable TV in all
bedrooms and extra large flat screen TV in the living room, DVD, VHS, sound system, luxury kitchen,
washer, drier, two car garage, all linens and towels provided, no smoking, wheelchair access, smoke
detectors, fire extinguisher, pool safety neting fitted. Gas BBQ, crib and high chair provided for
guests use.

All guests staying in our villa automatically become members of Windsor Palms Resort for the

and includes: The Magic Kingdom, Epcot Centre, MGM Studios, Animal Kingdom, Downtown Disney.
Pleasure Island, Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach , Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure are
within 15-20 minutes. Sea World is a 15 minute drive away Tampa and Busch Gardens are about an hour
from the villa with the Gulf Coast resorts and beaches of Clearwater and St Petersburg a
further 30 minutes down the road Cocoa Beach and the Kennedy Space Centre about an hours drive

2009 Rental Rates

Minimum stay 4 nights. $80 surcharge for stays less than 7 nights.
LOW: Jan, Sept, Oct, Nov, Dec $125 per night + tax
MEDIUM: Feb, March, April, May, June $135 per night + tax
HIGH: July, August $145 per night + tax
HOLIDAY: Xmas/Easter/Thanksgiving $165 per night + tax
Prices include all cleaning and utility costs
Pool/spa heat (optional) $120 per week
$200 deposit required. Balance due 60 days before arrival
