Fully decorated and appointed for you to enjoy the casualness of Florida but ready to be dressed for you to entertain at the switch of a light. Bright yellow and blue hues show throughout the living space with a sectional sofa, lounging chair and daybed to sit back and enjoy the scenery from inside or out to the patio for a game of cards, lunch by the pool or morning coffee. No need to look further because this is the place to be...The Cabana.

• In the Unit: full size washer and dryer; all pots and pans, cook books, dishwasher, microwave, toaster,ice maker, coffee maker,blender and more. Master Bedroom with private bath plus flat screen t.v., sliding doors to patio for afternoon sunsets. Second bedroom has twin beds and private bath plus a 12 drawer dresser and extra closets for plenty of storage. Powder room and washer/dryer are off of the foyer.
• Oversized living room with flat screen t.v. and large dining room with a view of the ocean. Dining Room seats 6-8 people and kitchen seats 4 . Dishes, glasses, platters and settings for 8-12. (over 1600 sq.feet of living space)
• Steps from your living room to the heated pool and ocean. Truly an Ocean Front Condo in a small 6 story building, with privacy. No Doorman necessary.
• Free Internet Access, Central A/C, VCR/DVD,beach towels,linens, iron,Sauna, ADT Alarm System and one assigned covered parking space.
• No Pets Allowed. (Non-Smoking Unit)
• Minimum Rental Period  3 Months Winter Season. *****  
• NO Short Term Rentals are allowed. 

The Ritz Carlton is one building away and Del Mar Shopping Center is just across the street. Two minutes north is the Four Seasons Hotel and just minutes from Fine Dining & Shopping on Worth Avenue, golf, tennis, outdoor activities offered seasonally over the Lake Worth Bridge, Walking Path along the Intercoastal and just 15 minutes from West Palm Beach Airport.

City Center is a ten minute drive with restaurants, shopping, movie theatre, nightly  entertainment, and people watching. Take the trolly around City Center and enjoy the sights.

This location is wonderful, quiet and accessible for heading south to Miami or anywhere along the I-95 corridor. Libraries, bakeries and seasonal gatherings make this a perfect home away from home for any season. Beachy feel, lively colors and comfortable living.

• May 31 - October 31  $2300 per month (Summer and Off Season)
• November 1 - May 31  $3400 per month (Winter Season) **
• Minimum of 3 months . Will consider a reduced rate for multiple months.*MORE THAN 3 MONTHS: reduced 4th month to $2800 and negotiable 5th month.

• $100 Non-Refundable Rental Fee Application to Condo Association
• $1750 Security Deposit returned within 28 days of departure. Non-Refundable Cleaning fee of $150 deducted from deposit. Utilities included.(see owner details), internet included, cable included, free undercover reserved parking next to elevator.
• Tenant responsible for current Florida Tourist Tax as required by Law. Current rate is 11.5%. (rates subject to change based on Florida Dept. of Revenue.)
