The home has three bedrooms, three full baths, a large fully equipped kitchen, formal living and dining room, and large family room.  There is over 2400 square feet of relaxing Florida living space.  The Master suite features a queen bed, spacious insuite master bath with garden tub and separate shower.  The second master features a queen bed and insuite full bath.  Third bedroom features two twin beds and a separate bath.  All bedrooms are equipped with cable TV.  Pocket doors close off the formal living area from the heart of the home creating additional private space for privacy or additional sleeping with queen air bed and pull out sofa.  The kitchen overlooks the family room and pool area with sweeping views of the water.  The home also features wireless internet and a 50" flat screen TV in the family room.  The large outdoor patio has a BBQ grill and dinette perfect for grilling your fresh catch or burgers by the pool.  There is also a three car garage for your use, and some dockage space for small water craft. 

Tarpon is located in a part of Florida nicked named the Sun Coast as it averages over 300+ days of sunshine. The town has over 51 miles of waterfront and an average annual temperature is 72.8 degrees. There are no high-rise hotels and condos in Tarpon to crowd your vacation.
