Community,90 minutes from NY. 
 
Penn Estates  is located in Pocono Township,Monroe County and close  
to I-80 Rt22,611,shopping and all most major Poconos Attraction. 
Penn Estates is designed for "living in harmony with nature". 
Area is patrolled 24 hours by public safety patrol. Community has 3  
lakes for boating and fishing, 2 swimming pools, basketball courts,  
tennis courts,country-store on-site. 
 
House was build in 2003,located in primate cul-de-sack ,just 2  
minutes to Highland lake Beach and kids playgroud.
