This home is so cozy and renovated with all new hardwood flooring, carpeting and ceramic tile. This house has been freshly painted inside and out and all linens and decor are brand new! Master bedroom features a queen bed; guest bedroom has two twins and one trundle. The beds can be converted to one king if needed. The den with its own private entrance has a queen sleep sofa. Master, den, and living room feature TV's. High speed WiFi and cable service is included in rental fee. Kitchen is equipped with microwave and and small kitchen appliances, stove is electric. Washer and dryer are located in the attached 1 car garage. All towels and bedding are supplied. Discounts will be given for multiple month rentals.

The downtown New Port Richey historic district is quite lovely and home to a large library, several restaurants, boutiques, day spa's, coffee shops, diners, a theatre house, Irish pub, and too many parks to mention. A short walk from the property will bring you to the water’s edge where you can sit peacefully and enjoy what Florida is known for... spectacular sunsets and weather. Sims Park is home to many outdoor events, festivals, and free concerts. You will not be bored in this town. The home is 10 minutes from the historic Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks, Fred Howard Park and Honeymoon Island and is 40 minutes from Tampa International Airport. Other close attractions include the famous Weeki Wachee Water Park and Mermaid Show, Busch Garden and Adventure Island, Clearwater Beach as well as Hudson Beach. There are several Championship Golf courses within minutes of this terrific retreat.

Winter months Nov-March 1500.00/month or 500.00/week

A $200 security deposit is due with final payment. Mailed back to you the day you depart as long as there are no damages or missing or broken items..  If the home is left in unacceptable condition and requires additional cleaning the deposit will not be refunded.

April-October 1300.00/month or 400.00/week

There is a 75.00 cleaning fee for 1-4 people and 100.00 cleaning fee for 5-7 people

Small lap dogs under 20 lbs will be considered with $100 pet deposit.
